Clear-Liquid Diet 24 h - the gold standard for double-fist, punch-fist, or very long sessions
(NOT FOR BEGINNERS!!)
 
Goal: Arrive with an almost completely empty colon.
Start: exactly 24 hours before play time (example: session Saturday 10 pm → start Friday 10 pm).
ALLOWED (unlimited amounts)

  • Water (drink a lot!)
  • Tea/coffee without milk
  • Clear, fat-free broth (chicken, beef, fish — strained)
  • Strained fruit juice (apple, white grape, pear)
  • Clear isotonic drinks (lemon/lime Gatorade, white Powerade, Pedialyte)
  • Plain Jell-O/gelatin (avoid red or purple colours)
  • Ice cubes or popsicles (clear flavours only)
  • Sugar-free hard candies or gum

NOTHING solid — not even a single cracker.

Result: By the morning of the session almost nothing comes out when you go to the toilet. A 500 ml–1 L shower usually runs crystal clear by the 2nd or 3rd rinse.
