Goal: Produce very small, soft, almost odourless stools with virtually zero residue left in the rectum removed link
Duration: 48 hours before the session (36 h is enough if your gut is already “trained”).
 
ALLOWED FOODS (eat as much as you want of these)

  • White rice, cream of rice
  • White bread, white toast, plain crackers, Marie biscuits
  • Well-cooked white pasta (no vegetable sauce)
  • Boiled or baked potato without skin, mashed potatoes (butter or olive oil only)
  • Lean meats (grilled chicken breast, turkey, white fish, lean pork, lean beef)
  • Eggs any style
  • Hard and semi-hard cheeses
  • Ripe bananas, peeled cooked apple, peeled cooked pear, canned peaches in syrup
  • Jell-O, pudding, plain yogurt (no fruit pieces)
  • Clear broths (chicken, beef, fish — completely defatted and strained)
  • Strained fruit juices (white grape, white pear, apple)
  • Tea, black coffee (no or very little milk), water, clear isotonic drinks

COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN (high fibre/gas producers)

  • All leafy greens, broccoli, cauliflower, raw vegetables
  • Beans, lentils, chickpeas, peas
  • Whole grains, oatmeal, brown rice, whole-wheat anything
  • Corn/popcorn
  • Nuts, seeds (including chia, flax)
  • Fruits with skin or lots of seeds (berries, kiwi, figs, grapes with seeds)
  • Milk and very fatty dairy
  • Spicy, fried, or heavily seasoned food
  • Alcohol, fizzy drinks

Sample 48-hour menu
Day −2
Breakfast: white toast + cheese + tea
Snack: ripe banana
Lunch: white rice + grilled chicken breast + mashed potatoes
Snack: Jell-O + plain crackers
Dinner: baked white fish + boiled potato (no skin)
Before bed: plain yogurt
Day −1
Same structure but even lighter (many drop red meat on this day).
Result: tiny, soft, almost no-smell poop. One normal shower (300–600 ml) and you’re perfectly clean very high up.
