A full-thickness prolapse of that size is rare even among people who intentionally train and stretch for prolapse play in the fetish community, and in terms of thickness/diameter, it's currently the widest known rectal prolapse in a woman to date.
I'm really curious about how someone reaches the level of someone like Solag1998 with that massive prolapse.
Is it mainly years of intense training (heavy fisting, large toys, deliberate prolapse play), or do some people start with a natural predisposition (weaker pelvic floor, hypermobile connective tissue, or just an anatomy that prolapses easily)?
In the extreme prolapse and rosebud community, what’s the consensus: is it 90 % dedicated, long-term training and technique, or are there genuine “born this way” cases who develop huge prolapses with relatively little effort?
